Riverside Care & Rehabilitation Center Honored with Reputation’s 800 Award for High Customer Satisfaction!
Signature HealthCARE is excited to announce Riverside Care & Rehabilitation Center is among 23 Signature HealthCARE locations to be recognized by global customer experience and management leader, Reputation, with its 800 Award.
We are feeling very blessed and thankful that all residents at our facility, are and remain safe from the devasting tornadoes that ripped through Kentucky last night. It does not appear that the facility suffered any damage from these storms, although we are assessing to be certain. We are without phone and internet, however, and accordingly are using our emergency communication system.
If you have questions, please call the Care Navigation Center @ 1-844-SHC-CHAT – as you can imagine, our staff are ‘all hands-on deck’ trying to help with this natural disaster.
We are blessed to have Kami Long as our Nurse Practitioner here at Riverside 4 days a week. She is dedicated and works diligently to keep our residents at their highest quality of life. Thank you Kami for all that you do for our residents!
